Terms and Conditions

All florals/foliage are subject to availability: We do not guarantee specific stem types. As we only use seasonal British grown flowers in all our floral arrangements, we would ask for a colour scheme to work with. Although, specific florals/foliage can't be promised. We will choose what we consider to be the most appropriate mix of florals/foliage, which are available that season in your chosen colour palette.

Orders: Once your order has been accepted by us, we will need details such as an accurate postcode, the intended recipient and relevant payment details. We accept payments by credit or debit cards. We would ask you to review your information before you are ready to purchase. When you complete an order with us, book a workshop, or book us for an event. Therefore, you agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If for any reason, you wish to change your order. You have 48 hours after the acceptance date unless you have instructed us to provide the goods/services within that time. In which case you have lost your right to change outside of this time period.

Delivery: Our delivery service is in Marlborough and surrounding villages only. Postal codes: SN8, RG17, SN9 and SN4.

Upon delivery of items, we will take photos of the products to ensure we are happy with how the florals/foliage have been safely delivered to the intended recipient. Changing Seasons flowers cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to floral/foliage arrangements after they have been checked, delivered and photographed.
