Floral Availability 

All florals and foliage are subject to seasonal availability. We do not guarantee specific stem types. As we exclusively use British-grown, seasonal flowers, we kindly ask you to provide a colour scheme for your arrangement. While we will do our best to meet your preferences, specific flower or foliage types cannot be guaranteed. We will select what we believe to be the most suitable combination of florals and foliage available during that season, in line with your chosen colour palette. 

If you are ordering from our Seasonal Bouquet Subscription or purchasing pre-made bouquets online, we will select what we believe to be the most suitable combination of florals and foliage available during that season.

Orders/Payments

We accept payments via debit card. Please ensure that all information is correct before completing your purchase. 

By placing an order, booking a workshop, or hiring us for an event, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

We will require the following details: 

  • Accurate delivery address and postcode.

  • Name of the intended recipient.

 

Order Changes 

If you wish to make changes to your order, you must contact us within a minimum of 48 hours from the order acceptance date, unless you have requested the goods or services to be provided within that time. In that case, you waive your right to make changes after the 48-hour period. 

 

Delivery 

Upon delivery, we will take photos of the floral arrangements to confirm they have been delivered in good condition. Once delivered and photographed, Changing Seasons Flowers is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the florals or foliage thereafter. 

Flower Aftercare Tips

As fresh flowers are perishable, a little care goes a long way in helping them last longer.

Here’s how to get the best from your blooms:

  • Trim the stems at an angle using sharp scissors or secateurs.

  • Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline to prevent bacteria.

  • Place your flowers in a clean vessel filled with fresh water.

  • Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources like radiators or lamps.

Change the water every couple of days and re-trim the stems to keep your arrangement looking its best.

Complaints & Contact 

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of delivery. As flowers and foliage are perishable items, complaints made after this period unfortunately will not be eligible for review.
